All products sold by Hardrock Labs are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are NOT intended for human consumption, clinical trials, veterinary use, or any other purpose outside of legitimate scientific research. By purchasing from Hardrock Labs, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional and that all products will be used solely for research purposes.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. All prices are listed in US Dollars.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Hardrock Labs ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hardrock Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on peptide products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hardrock Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
