Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $9.99; Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $19.99; Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $39.99; Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid street address is required for all orders.
4. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy. There is no reference to Hardrock Labs or the contents on the outside of the package. Your privacy and discretion are our priority.
5. Temperature Sensitive Products
Some peptide products are temperature sensitive. We use appropriate insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary to maintain product integrity during transit. We recommend refrigerating your products upon receipt.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Delivery Issues
Hardrock Labs is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
