Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile, temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. Our support team is available to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience. Please review the guidelines below.
1. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email before your order ships.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Qualifying Replacements
In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, we will issue a replacement at no additional charge.
3. How to Report an Issue
Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Required Information: Include your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
4. Shipping & Delivery Notes
Address Accuracy: We are unable to replace orders where an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
Stolen Packages: We cannot replace items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
